The baseline terms for using this website and working with Amare Web Engineering. Any signed proposal or project agreement takes priority where its terms differ.

1. Acceptance Of These Terms

By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, accepting a proposal, or engaging Amare Web Engineering for services, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept terms on its behalf.

2. Services And Project Agreements

We provide services including web development, app development, UI/UX design, product design, branding, graphic design, and IT solutions. The exact scope, deliverables, fees, timeline, revision allowance, and support period for each engagement are set out in a written proposal, quotation, statement of work, or project agreement. That project-specific document takes priority if it conflicts with these website terms.

3. Quotes, Deposits And Payments

Quotes are valid for the period stated in the relevant proposal. Work begins once any required deposit and requested project materials have been received. Invoices must be paid by their stated due dates. We may pause work, withhold launch or file transfer, or reschedule delivery when an invoice is overdue. Bank, platform, currency-conversion, or third-party processing fees may be charged separately where applicable.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for supplying accurate content, brand assets, access credentials, feedback, and approvals on time. You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you provide to us. Delays in receiving materials, decisions, access, or feedback may move the project timeline and may require a revised delivery date or fee.

5. Revisions And Scope Changes

Included revisions are defined in the project proposal. Requests outside the agreed scope, substantial changes after approval, or new deliverables may be quoted separately and may extend the schedule. We will communicate the likely impact before proceeding with additional paid work.

6. Timelines And Approvals

Project dates are good-faith estimates unless a written agreement explicitly guarantees a deadline. A stage is treated as approved when the client confirms approval in writing. We are not responsible for delays caused by missing client input, third-party platforms, hosting providers, service outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, final project-specific deliverables transfer to the client after all related invoices are paid in full. Amare Web Engineering retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, reusable code, processes, templates, methods, and know-how. Third-party assets, fonts, software, plugins, and stock media remain subject to their own licences.

8. Portfolio Use

Unless confidentiality has been agreed in writing, we may display completed work, the client name, and non-confidential project details in our portfolio, website, presentations, awards submissions, and social channels. Clients may request a reasonable launch embargo before public display.

9. Third-Party Services

Projects may rely on hosting providers, domains, APIs, payment processors, email platforms, plugins, app stores, or other external services. Their availability, pricing, policies, and performance are controlled by their providers. Unless expressly included in our scope, the client is responsible for maintaining third-party accounts, subscriptions, licences, and renewals.

10. Testing, Support And Maintenance

We test deliverables against the agreed scope and supported environments before handover or launch. Any included post-launch support period will be stated in the project agreement. Ongoing updates, maintenance, security monitoring, content changes, or support are separate services unless specifically included.

11. Cancellation And Suspension

Either party may end a project in line with the relevant project agreement. The client remains responsible for work completed, committed costs, and approved third-party expenses up to the cancellation date. We may suspend or end services for non-payment, abusive conduct, unlawful use, material breach, or repeated failure to provide what is needed to continue the work.

12. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful information and business-enquiry purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, impersonate another person, or copy and republish our content, visuals, project work, or code without permission.

13. Confidentiality And Privacy

Each party should protect confidential information received through a project and use it only for the agreed work. Information submitted through this website is handled in line with our Website Policy. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other highly sensitive information through the general contact form.

14. Warranties And Liability

We deliver services with reasonable care and skill, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific search rankings, revenue, sales, audience growth, or results controlled by third parties or market conditions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Amare Web Engineering is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Updates To These Terms

We may update these terms when our services, operating practices, or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page. Changes do not replace the agreed terms of an active signed project unless both parties agree in writing.

16. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@amarewebservices.com. For project-specific matters, please refer to your signed proposal or agreement first.
